0:00Welcome

Welcome to NxAi tutorials! In this episode, you'll build a WhatsApp form, to collect details right inside the chat.

0:10What you'll do

We'll see what WhatsApp forms are, start from a template, edit its screens and fields, then save it and see how to send it.

0:18WhatsApp forms (Flows)

Under Chatbots and AI, open WhatsApp forms. These are forms with one or more screens, that customers fill in without leaving WhatsApp. Meta calls them Flows.

0:31Create a form from a template

Click Create form. Describe it and let AI draft it, start from scratch, or pick a template. We'll use Lead capture. Each screen has its own questions, and the phone on the right shows exactly what customers see.

0:48Screens & fields

Give the form a name. Add field adds a question: short or long answers, email, phone number, date, choices, or an opt in checkbox. The second screen asks what they're interested in, with a box to keep them updated on WhatsApp.

1:05Save, publish & responses

Click Save draft. Your form is listed, but not on Meta yet. When it's ready, Publish sends it to Meta, so it can be used in chats. Responses shows everyone's answers.

1:20Sending a form

To send a published form, add a WhatsApp form step to a chatbot, or send it straight from a chat with the plus button. Every answer lands in Responses.
