Why We Built NxAi

What we actually build
NxAi is a WhatsApp Business Platform built on Meta's Official WhatsApp Business API. In practice that means four things working together: a no-code automation builder for chatbots and sequences, a shared inbox where a whole team can work one WhatsApp number, campaign tools for broadcasts and drip sequences, and analytics that tie all of it back to outcomes.
We are deliberately built for the Indian market. Billing is in INR with GST invoicing. Onboarding happens in your timezone. The integrations we prioritise — Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho, HubSpot, Razorpay — are the ones Indian businesses actually run on, rather than a catalogue optimised for somewhere else.
We are also clear about what we are not. NxAi does not resell unofficial WhatsApp access, and we do not promise things Meta controls — messaging limits, template approvals and the green tick are all Meta's decisions, not ours. What we can do is make navigating them straightforward, and get you live without a developer.
