WhatsApp / Meta: When you use NxAi to send messages over the Official WhatsApp Business API, your message content and recipient data are processed by Meta Platforms in accordance with Meta's own Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms.

Legal obligations: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NxAi, our users, or the public.

Business transfers: If NxAi is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons (such as financial records).

Contact and message data stored within your NxAi account — such as imported contact lists and conversation logs — is retained as long as you maintain an active subscription. You can delete this data at any time from within your account settings.
