Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when NxAi issues refunds for subscription fees and other charges. We want to be fair and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a plan.
1. Overview
NxAi offers a 7-day free trial on selected plans so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use the trial period thoroughly before upgrading.
All paid subscriptions are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in this policy.
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for unused days in a monthly billing period if you cancel mid-cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Exception: If you experience a verified, significant technical failure on our part that prevented you from using the platform for more than 3 consecutive business days during a billing cycle, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
3. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. The following refund conditions apply:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied and have sent fewer than 100 messages on the platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial annual plan purchase. This applies to first-time annual plan purchases only.
- After 7 days: Annual plan fees are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You may cancel the auto-renewal, and your account will remain active for the remainder of the 12-month period.
- Plan downgrade: Downgrading from an annual plan to a lower tier during the subscription period does not entitle you to a refund of the price difference.
4. WhatsApp Conversation Credits
WhatsApp conversation charges are based on Meta's pricing model and are passed through to your account. These charges reflect actual usage of the WhatsApp Business API infrastructure and are non-refundable once messages have been delivered or attempted.
If you believe you were charged for conversations that were not initiated by you or your team, contact us within 14 days at billing@nxai.in with details. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a credit to your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Monthly subscription fees for the current or past billing periods.
- WhatsApp conversation charges once messages have been sent or attempted.
- Add-on services or professional services fees.
- Annual plan fees after the 7-day new purchase window has passed.
- Fees on accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
6. Refunds for Service Issues
If the NxAi platform experiences a significant outage or service degradation due to issues on our side, we will assess the impact and may issue a pro-rated credit to affected accounts at our discretion. Service credits will be applied to your next billing cycle and cannot be converted to cash.
Platform downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp API infrastructure, third-party integrations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (including force majeure events) does not qualify for refunds or credits.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email billing@nxai.in with the subject line “Refund Request — [your account email]”.
- Include your registered email address, the plan you purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our billing team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund requests made outside of these channels may not be processed.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Account credits (where applicable instead of cash refunds) are applied to your NxAi account immediately upon approval and deducted from your next invoice automatically.
