Welcome to NxAi tutorials! In this episode, you'll connect your WhatsApp Business number to NxAi.
0:09What you'll do
We'll pick the right number, connect it through Meta's own signup, add funds to your Meta account so you can send messages, and check everything in NxAi.
0:21Before you start
Before you start, keep two things ready: a Facebook login that manages your business, and a new phone number that isn't on WhatsApp yet and can receive an SMS or a call, or an existing number you already use on the WhatsApp Business mobile app.
0:37Open WhatsApp settings
In NxAi, click Connect on your Get started checklist, or open WhatsApp settings from the menu. You'll see two ways to connect.
0:47Which number? We recommend a new one
We recommend a new number, because when you send campaigns to thousands of customers, their replies would flood a phone app and quickly become unmanageable. With a new number, every message comes straight into NxAi.
1:02AI answers first, your team takes over
And you don't have to answer every message yourself. NxAi's AI agent replies to your customers first. When a chat needs a person, it passes it to your team inbox, which you can see on your phone with the NxAi Assist app, available on the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, and the Microsoft Store.
1:23Keep using the WhatsApp Business app
Want to keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your current number? Choose Connect my existing WhatsApp number. You'll finish by scanning a QR code with the app. In this video, we'll connect an existing number.
1:36Facebook window
Click Connect WhatsApp account. A Facebook window opens. If it asks, log in with the Facebook account that manages your business. Then click Continue.
1:47Add your phone number
Add your WhatsApp phone number. Choose Create a new one, pick the country code, and type the number. Then choose how to verify it, by text message or phone call, and click Next. Check your account details, your business name and number, and click Next.
2:06Business portfolio & profile
Select the business assets to share with NxAi. Pick your business portfolio, or create a new one, and click Next. Complete your business profile: name, country, and website. Then click Next.
2:25Scan the QR (numbers already on the app)
If the number is already on the WhatsApp Business app, Meta asks you to scan a QR code with the app. This imports your business profile, contacts, and up to six months of chats. A brand-new number gets a code by SMS or call instead.
2:41Confirm & connect
Confirm your WhatsApp Business account name and time zone, and click Next. Review what you'll share with NxAi, and click Confirm. Meta connects your account. This can take a few moments. When it says your account is connected, you can add a payment method right away. Let's do that. Note: a payment method is required to send messages.
3:09Add a payment method (card or UPI)
In Meta's Billing & payments, confirm your country, currency, and time zone. Choose how you'll pay. In India, you can use a card or UPI. Then fill in your business details, and save.
3:25Add funds
Now add funds. Enter an amount, and pay with any UPI app by scanning the code. Meta deducts your message charges from these funds, about once a day. If the funds run out, messages stop sending, so keep a balance.
3:52Check it in NxAi & business verification
Back in NxAi, your number now shows as connected, with its messaging limit. The Health panel shows Meta's live status. Until Meta verifies your business, you can message only a limited number of customers a day, so start business verification in Meta Business settings. And click Diagnose any time to check that everything is working.

1:54Facebook विंडो
Connect WhatsApp account पर क्लिक कीजिए। एक Facebook विंडो खुलेगी। अगर लॉगिन माँगे, तो उस Facebook अकाउंट से लॉग इन कीजिए जिससे आपका बिज़नेस मैनेज होता है। फिर Continue पर क्लिक कीजिए।
2:08फ़ोन नंबर डालिए
अपना WhatsApp फ़ोन नंबर डालिए। Create a new one चुनिए, कंट्री कोड चुनिए, और नंबर टाइप कीजिए। फिर उसे वेरिफ़ाई करने का तरीक़ा चुनिए — टेक्स्ट मैसेज या फ़ोन कॉल — और Next पर क्लिक कीजिए। अपने अकाउंट की डिटेल्स — बिज़नेस का नाम और नंबर — जाँच लीजिए, और Next पर क्लिक कीजिए।
2:28बिज़नेस पोर्टफ़ोलियो और प्रोफ़ाइल
NxAi के साथ शेयर करने के लिए अपने बिज़नेस एसेट्स चुनिए। अपना बिज़नेस पोर्टफ़ोलियो चुनिए, या नया बनाइए, और Next पर क्लिक कीजिए। अपनी बिज़नेस प्रोफ़ाइल पूरी कीजिए: नाम, देश और वेबसाइट। फिर Next पर क्लिक कीजिए।
2:49QR स्कैन (ऐप वाले नंबर के लिए)
अगर नंबर पहले से WhatsApp Business ऐप पर है, तो Meta ऐप से एक QR कोड स्कैन करने को कहता है। इससे आपकी बिज़नेस प्रोफ़ाइल, कॉन्टैक्ट्स और छह महीने तक की चैट्स इम्पोर्ट हो जाती हैं। बिल्कुल नए नंबर पर इसकी जगह SMS या कॉल से कोड आता है।
3:08कन्फ़र्म और कनेक्ट
अपने WhatsApp Business अकाउंट का नाम और टाइम ज़ोन कन्फ़र्म कीजिए, और Next पर क्लिक कीजिए। देख लीजिए कि NxAi के साथ क्या शेयर होगा, और Confirm पर क्लिक कीजिए। Meta आपका अकाउंट कनेक्ट करता है — इसमें कुछ पल लग सकते हैं। जब अकाउंट कनेक्टेड दिखे, तो आप तुरंत पेमेंट मेथड जोड़ सकते हैं। चलिए, वही करते हैं। नोट: मैसेज सेंड करने के लिए पेमेंट मेथड का जोड़ा जाना अनिवार्य है।
3:41पेमेंट मेथड जोड़िए (कार्ड या UPI)
Meta के Billing & payments में अपना देश, करेंसी और टाइम ज़ोन कन्फ़र्म कीजिए। पेमेंट का तरीक़ा चुनिए — भारत में आप कार्ड या UPI इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। फिर अपने बिज़नेस की डिटेल्स भरिए, और सेव कीजिए।
3:57फ़ंड्स जोड़िए
अब फ़ंड्स जोड़िए। अमाउंट डालिए, और किसी भी UPI ऐप से कोड स्कैन करके पेमेंट कीजिए। Meta आपके मैसेज का चार्ज इन्हीं फ़ंड्स से, लगभग दिन में एक बार काटता है। फ़ंड्स ख़त्म होने पर मैसेज जाना बंद हो जाते हैं, इसलिए बैलेंस बनाए रखिए।
4:24NxAi में जाँच और बिज़नेस वेरिफ़िकेशन
NxAi में वापस आने पर आपका नंबर कनेक्टेड दिखेगा, साथ में उसकी मैसेजिंग लिमिट। Health पैनल में Meta का लाइव स्टेटस दिखता है। जब तक Meta आपका बिज़नेस वेरिफ़ाई नहीं करता, आप दिन में सीमित कस्टमर्स को ही मैसेज भेज सकते हैं — इसलिए Meta Business सेटिंग्स में बिज़नेस वेरिफ़िकेशन शुरू कर दीजिए। और सब ठीक चल रहा है या नहीं, यह जाँचने के लिए कभी भी Diagnose पर क्लिक कीजिए।
